a slumber party and birthday party
the first set of pics... jodi, jess, and i decided to have a slumber party with a clueless kyle. we showed up at his door with no notice in our best pajama sets... he was surprised... we'd like to think pleasantly so. all the other kids were at october fest (which involves lots of drinking, and none of us do that stuff... :) we invaded kyles whole apartment and put mattresses on the floor and built a tent around it. we then proceeded to listen to madonna while eating brownies, nutella, and icecream. it was an overall success... we hope kyle thought the same.
the second set of pictures... we went out and celebrated jessica's 22nd. coincidentally, paris was having a city wide party called 'nuit blanche' or white night. many of the attractions in the city were open late, and the city was crowded with people of every type... it was a wonderful experience... we refer to it as 'unorganized planning'.

this is the beginning of our 'nuit blanche'. jodi, the white woman, obviously feels suppressed by the asian supremacy. otherwise, me, jessica, and janice seem to be enjoying our majority...

nuit blanche at the bibliotheque nationale
this is the facade of the bibiotheque... it was turned into a 'screen' by the 'chaos computer club' of berlin. it was pretty amazing... each window was it's own screen, and they all combined to form an image... the show was coordinated with some crazy music. |
